Luis, David and Miguel are the brothers in charge of the care and monitoring of the vineyards, something they have been doing for more than twenty years with “care, attention and dedication” but without losing sight of new technologies because when the time comes to harvest the grapes, a mechanised, night-time harvest is implemented to maintain the quality of the grapes, avoiding sunlight and reducing oxidation of the pulp.

Roberto, another of the Descalzo Matos brothers, is in charge of all the winemaking processes of these wines which, despite their youth, have already demonstrated their excellence.
